Research

I am the director of the Visualization and Intensive Graphics Lab (VaIG). My main research interests are in bioinformatics. The current focus is to parallelize bioinformatics applications using Nvidia GPU. I also work on the analysis of in-flight recorded data from commercial airline operations, with an emphasis on the evaluation of landing performance.
