Interval file format in AbIDconverter

The file must have the following three fields (columns):
1. Chromosome name. The chromosome entries should be written as chrN. For ex. chr1, chrX, chrY, chr12 etc
2. Start coordinate on the genome.
3. End coordinate on the genome.

The above fields must be named as "space", "start", and "end" respectively.

Additionally you may have another field called "name", which specify a name attached to each interval. (A sort of identifier)

You can have any number of additional fields with any name you want except the above FOUR predefined names (space, start, end, name).
